Raw Material
A specific variety of carrot (Latin: Daucus Carota L.) is used to manufacture Black Carrot Concentrate. It is only cultivated in a nature restricted area of center Anatolia. There are some derivatives of black carrots available in many different regions from India to Europe, those yielding lower color and juice.

Production of Black Carrot Juice Concentrate
Carefully selected fresh black carrots are washed, chopped, pressed and evaporated in all physical means of process. Therefore, no chemical contamination risk occurs and the result is totally Natural Vegetable Juice Concentrate. Please note our product is not a chemical extract of black carrot.
Uses
Black Carrot Concentrate is a Natural Additive to obtain pink to red - red to purple color shades according to pH of the added product. As a natural colorant, Black Carrot Concentrate color comes from its rich Anthocyanin content.
